Every animal undergoes a thorough health inspection before shipping. We only ship animals in perfect condition.
Animals are carefully packed in insulated containers with proper ventilation, temperature control (heat or cool packs), and secure cushioning.
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships, typically in the evening for next-day delivery.
Monitor your shipment's progress from departure to delivery. We're available to answer questions throughout transit.
Your pet arrives at your doorstep healthy and secure. Unbox immediately and follow our included care instructions.
Heavy-duty insulated boxes maintain optimal temperature during transit, protecting your pet from extreme weather.
Heat packs (winter) or cool packs (summer) ensure comfortable temperatures throughout the journey.

All packages marked "Live Animals" with handling instructions to ensure careful treatment by carriers.
We ship Monday through Thursday to ensure animals don't spend weekends in transit. Orders placed Thursday evening through Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
For your pet's safety, we may delay shipments during extreme weather (below 20°F or above 95°F at origin or destination). You'll be notified of any delays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on shipping days may ship same day (subject to availability). After 2:00 PM, orders ship next available shipping day.
Most packages arrive by 10:30 AM with Overnight Express or by 12:00 PM with Priority Overnight. Signature required at delivery.
